We’re excited to announce Donald “DC” Cashman has joined the Ease team as our first Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, DC will be instrumental as we continue to build partnerships with carriers, brokers, and employers. Under DC’s leadership, you can expect several new integration and connection launches in 2020 as DC focuses on making Ease the leading technology company to partner with in the industry.
DC Cashman’s hire comes at the end of a year of explosive growth for Ease. We now have over 70,000 SMBs using our system, in partnership with their insurance broker. To keep up with this growth, we’ve doubled our headcount in the past year across our teams in Las Vegas, San Francisco, Omaha, and New York. Under DC’s tenacious and charismatic leadership we plan to continue growing the Ease team throughout the new year.
DC will work directly with the leadership team you’re familiar with: CEO David Reid, CTO Courtney Guertin, and COO Petar Nedyalkov.
Prior to Ease, DC served as the Vice President of North American sales for customer experience software, Optimizely. Before that, he was instrumental in selling Good Technology to BlackBerry.
In his spare time, DC advises startups and volunteers at both CRU and City Team. DC is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and he currently resides in the Bay area.
